On June 17, 2019, members of Lebanon Boro Fire Company, Pottersville Fire Company, Whitehouse Rescue and the Oldwick Fire Company held a friendly competition via the newly erected barrel. Teams practice hose handling and water operations by aiming the hose stream at the red suspended barrel. The team that pushes the barrel to the opposing side wins. All firefighters received a good workout and a cool down on a hot day. The barrel is located just south of the fire house on Route 523.
